Skills& Education:
- Candidate (f/m) should have previousexperience in management role, banking, finance or hotel auditing and must have ship experience.
- Youhave to monitor and supervise the activities of all Guest Relation and Front Office Agents as they assist passengers, ensuring that the highest level of customer service and satisfaction are achieved at all times.
- Candidates must be flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer.
- A pleasant, well-mannered and outgoing personality is required.
- Candidates must be fluent in English, German and Spanish - any additional language would be a big plus.
