Candidate (f/m) must have min. 15 years previous 4*/5* experience in the profession.
You should create/develop Recipes and Menus; identifying new trends.
Quality Assurance: Assuring that standards are followed accordingly.
Conducting trainings, providing the necessary tools/material.
Establishing and maintaining a high level (6-Star) gastronomic experience.
Must be familiar with premium brands/products used in a 5-Star hotel operation.
Evaluate existing menu cycles, anticipate to changes and develop new ideas/concepts.
Must be fully familiar with the Meat, Fish and Seafood Program (portion control, specifications and awarded brands).
Advanced Culinary Skills, Leadership Experience & Good Communication is required.
This position requires highly developed professional and leadership and advanced culinary skills. You should be flexible, very hands on and stress resistant. Fluent English is required any additional language would be considered as plus.
