Job description
1. To manage the onboard inventories of the food and beverage departments. An accurate inventory must be maintained at all times through entering daily requisitions and performing end of voyage physical inventories. To ensure that all Companies policies are followed in storage, receiving, issuing and ordering. To maintain the highest standards of Quality Control by ensuring specifications are relentlessly adhered to.
Professional Experience and Education: Standard High School Education. Requires a minimum of eight years in the profession (Quality Hotels or Restaurants). A strong culinary background is needed, as are managerial and organizational skills. Previous ship experience.
