CHEF PATISSIER REMY 

Provide the culinary vision that inspires and motivates Remy pastry staff to deliver an exceptional "World Class" dining experience, recognized by industry peers. Provide leadership for all direct reports while reporting to the CDC Remy. Ensure Disney Cruise Line and USPH Sanitation requirements are met in area of responsibility. Minimum of 4 years leadership experience within fine dining Patisserie with an equivalency of 1 star Michelin or greater. Strong Western/European fine dining training and skills. Certified Executive Pastry Chef or equivalent degree in culinary arts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

GUEST COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER 

Guest Communications Manager is responsible for overall media, print collateral and content in ways of products such as Personal Navigator and applicable inserts, Dining reservation tickets, Port Adventures literaturem, Food & Beverage enhancements and signage highlighting onboard specials. Able to edit and proofread all materials, produced by the Guest Communicator, prior to final distribution, ensuring the highest quality and consistent print collateral is delivered. Oversee equipment in the onboard print shop facility and communicate with engineering team and/or shore side for routine maintenance and service. Lead the Guest Communicator in day to day responsibilities while providing effective coaching and performance feedback. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum 4 years experience in printer/desktop publishing type roles with a college degree or related schooling relating to multi-media, computer graphics, or desktop publishing. Previous experience managing a print operation and/or managing a small team. Proven knowledge and computer skills using word processing, scanning, graphic programs, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Page Maker, and spreadsheet experience required. Familiarity with Xerox high speed printers, a Boca system printer and Cool Signs program a plus.

YOUTH ACTIVITIES MANAGER 

Responsible for the implementation and handling of the daily operation, Guest and Crew experience aspects for Disney's Oceaneer Club, Disney's Oceaneer Lab, Aloft / The Stack, and Flounders Reef Nursery. SHOW CONTROL ENGINEER 

Responsibility for installation, set-up, operation and maintenance of all Show Control Systems and equipment. Partnering and giving leadership to the Lighting/Special Effects Technicians in the maintenance of all Show Control equipment, including intelligent and generic lighting, video projection and Control Systems, pyrotechnics and Special Effects Systems and other devices. Responsible for operation of stage scenic elements during shows. Ability to train, operate and maintain ship wide automation and rigging systems and ensuring all documentation is maintained. Responsible for onboard Bingo program. Support team as Emcee for onboard events and venues, requiring microphone use and stage presence. Minimum 3 years experience working within a position that demonstrates hosting experience, stage experience and public speaking skills. Proven experience leading and motivating a team. Previous shipboard experience a plus. This position reports to the Assistant Cruise Director and is a shared berth.
