ACTIVITIES & MUSICIAN MANAGER
Responsible for leading daily operation of Adult & Family events and activities while providing leadership, coaching and development for all direct reports; Direct reports include: Entertainment Host/Hostess, Cruise Staff, Cruise Staff/DJ, and Musicians. Responsible for onboard Bingo program. Support team as Emcee for onboard events and venues, requiring microphone use and stage presence. Minimum 3 years experience working within a position that demonstrates hosting experience, stage experience and public speaking skills. Proven experience leading and motivating a team. Previous shipboard experience a plus. This position reports to the Assistant Cruise Director and is a shared berth.
