Areas of Accountability

To provide high quality and luxurious service to the guests by:

o Ensuring that his - her Bar is properly stocked, set up and open as scheduled,

o Reporting to the Head Bartender any issue that needs solving,

o Monitoring guest flow in his – her Bar to ensure that beverage services are attended to for all guests,

o Preparing beverages in accordance to guests preferences and in line with Regent Seven Seas Cruises policy and procedures,

o Ensuring that his - her Bar team is well trained in company procedures to ensure good stock control and accurate charging to accounts,

o Communicating effectively to ensure that his - her Bar team reflects Regent Seven Seas Cruises values – our Service Anchors at all times,

o Ensuring that his - her Bar team is aware of all events and activities on the ship at all times.
