Your career begins with the challenge of fulfilling the role of Hotel Director, for two months and Food and Beverage, for two months. Successful candidates will be considered for permanent Hotel Director positions based on their successful performance. This position also includes four months vacation per year.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
*Leads a dynamic team of guest centric professionals to deliver world class service to our guests
*Conducts monthly financial reviews with other Division Heads (analyzes reports in advance and identifies issues/opportunities)
*Prepares financial analysis with other operational leaders
*Supports all environmental goals and programs and champions safety initiatives at all levels of the organization
*Executes all operational plans, initiatives, programs and procedures including emergency situations
*Responsible for the delivery of standards, efficiencies, service, and quality within the food and beverage operations onboard
*Inspects food and beverage operations including acquisition, storage, handling, preparation, and disposal in order to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety and sanitation regulations (United States Public Health)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university, or the international equivalent preferred
*Five or more years successful and progressive leadership experience in a four or five star hotel or resort, with exemplary operational experience in Food and Beverage. Additional Front Office, and Housekeeping experience preferred
*Exceptional communication skills that deliver results in issues with government authorities, crew and guests
*Ability to manage international staff in a positive and productive manner
*Strong communication skills in additional languages are desired
*All international applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1/D visa
