Job Description:
Responsible for Salon operations, including rendering services to passengers and crew alike. Selling, requesting and keeping proper inventory levels of all beauty supplies and products.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide client consultation including booking appointments, answering questions, and ensuring passengers and crew are satisfied with the services provided.
- Provide services for hair cutting, braiding, coloring, highlighting, repair treatment, shampoo, blow-drying and hair setting.
- Provide makeover services for facial cleaning, make up application, eyebrow and lip waxing.
- Provide manicure and pedicure services for cuticle treatment, buffing, nail polish application. Pedicure treatment includes the foot spa with foot scrubbing and callus removal.
- Provide massages for scalp and neck, light kneading massages on the feet and hands.
- Provide sales service through having knowledge of all beauty products for sale in the salon.
- Promote the Beauty Salon to generate revenue for the company through flyer distribution, announcements, table set-up during embarkation, and a free 5 minute massage during the sail away party.
